A hometown project

Although we work on projects across the country (and even outside of USA), we always enjoy working on local projects. Here is one that is just a few miles down the road from our office. The president of the Home Owners Association of Holly Glen got a very positive response from the HOA meeting.

Next Stop: Norfolk, VA

Our client, Bonaventure Realty Group, needed some quick renderings to show off their new project in Norfolk, VA. Cox, Kliewer & Company, the architectural firm from Virginia Beach, worked very fast in completing the preliminary design so we can wrap up the renderings. You can also see the current site.

Dolphin Head Clubhouse

Here is a project that we worked on with Group 3, an architectural firm from Hilton Head, whose designs have all over the Low Country. For this project, we only had hand-sketched floor plan and elevations for the renderings. For the details, they also sent material swatches and photos. As usual, we created a computer model of the scenes to explore the best possible views.

Nearly all of our projects do not require site visits. We work with clients around the world simply by email, phone, and Internet. This is great for productivity and keeping cost low for every project. However, sometimes, it would be nice to do some site visits with locations like Belize!

It is Spring and everything is turning green. For some clients, they have worked hard on building the houses but now have to wait on the landscaping to blossom. In order to not miss out on any marketing opportunities, we continue to get requests for photo edits. Here is a recent in the Chicago area.

SearStone Part 2

In Part 1, we had talked about the initial set of renderings to help launch the marketing effort for SearStone. Well, Mr Bill Sears and the team at SearStone are working hard in rolling things out and here is an update. The interior rendering is actually the design for the clubhouse!
