Rendering House is an architectural visualization company with clients nationwide. We’re a full-service provider of all architectural illustration products across all artistic styles and regions in both still and animated formats. Our goal is to help our customers effectively visualize, communicate, and market their designs or developments.  As our slogan goes, our renderings are simply “drawing from your vision.” Although we’d love to meet all of our customers in-person, we effectively service 90% of customers remotely.

HISTORY

Founded in 2001, Rendering House has rapidly grown from one artist to a large studio of artists, modelers, animators, and programmers.  Beginning from a traditional product line of still renderings, our company has quickly evolved to service the changing needs of our clientele of advertisers, architects, builders, developers, and real estate agencies.  This new market environment has led to the development of cutting-edge marketing tools such as interactives, animations, and website development.

Nevertheless, we still seek to improve the quality of our still drawings.  In fact, founder and principal, Jeff McSwain, a graduate of N.C. State’s School of Design and a licensed landscape architect, continues to hand-sketch and hand-paint watercolors (www.jmswain.com).  With a team of talented individuals, Rendering House will continue to expand our content offerings while developing creative ways to deliver and present them.
